Meditation.
Breathing is a miracle that we do not stop to think about often enough. We just breathe. We do not consider even for a moment what is it about our body that keeps us going. Today let’s connect to that essential part of our spiritual self that continues to engage with us and keeps us alive. See a brilliant soft blue light surrounding you and filling up in the lungs. Transferring this light to every pore and cell and transmuting it into new breath for others, where the power of life is further enhanced for the welfare of others, is your purpose in this life. Spiritual breathing is like physical breathing but it comes with more awareness. The spiritual in breath takes in the pure blue light for the body and the spiritual out breath takes a higher pure light to become the food for other bodies. Take charge of your spiritual breathing by affirming
1) Begin the universal spiritual in-breath by connecting to the golden and blue healing energies flowing into your lungs, coming from the heart of the healing light filled with forgiveness. See yourself being forgiven.
2) Begin the universal spiritual out-breath by connecting to the platinum stream of light flowing out of your lungs and in the process empowering you to give the light to others and forgiving everyone and in the process setting yourself free. Healing hugs of spiritual breathing. Love from the ocean of breath and spiritual light.
