When we reflect on past situations, especially where we feel that people have wronged us or we have done something that went against our core values or ended up upsetting our valuable peace of mind. It is a lie that we have to be nice to everyone to classify ourselves as good people. We are responsible for the moment and our inner core self and everyone is responsible for their own individual self and their peace of mind. We must have clarity that when someone is being critical or nasty, it shows their character and does not confirm to who we are. Without judgment, we can continue to be who we are. Today let’s do the greatest act of loving the self unconditionally. Forgive naturally and be patient. Before we end this reflective trance meditation, let’s experience deep relaxation and develop spiritual awareness and spiritual strength. Let’s receive the universal life force energy into our body and be grateful for this moment. Be open to receiving and let go of all that which does not serve us for our highest good.
