We help ourselves daily by reconnecting ourselves to the heart of healing and desires and depending on the mind and the body, we love our life or are disappointed with it. The inner knowing self is always aware of how we are healing spontaneously and yet we are looking for new ways to make better decisions and choices. Our aura, the vibrations of others thoughts and our frequencies and patterns with the waves of light augment our consciousness and help us realign with what we really want.
