We help ourselves daily by reconnecting ourselves to the heart of healing and desires and depending on the mind and the body, we love our life or are disappointed with it. The inner knowing self is always aware of how we are healing spontaneously and yet we are looking for new ways to make better decisions and choices. Our aura, the vibrations of others thoughts and our frequencies and patterns with the waves of light augment our consciousness and help us realign with what we really want. Then we begin to connect to the reality of our choices and because me aware and intelligent beings and begin to live better lives. Satisfied with our progress and our mental state, our understanding of the purpose of the universe and us in it is fully understood. We know we are here to heal the self and all the others.
