14.09.2023 The Retreat Begins! Meditations on the Self. Find a comfortable place, seated and with your shoulders supported with a back rest and your spine straight. Relax. Take a few deep breaths and centre yourself. Close your eyes briefly to visualise a golden sphere of light surrounding you, empowering you and supporting your every positive thought, intention and affirmation. As you open your eyes to read further, know that you are interacting with the energies of the retreat and being healed in this moment. Repeat each affirmation three times to gather the complete energies. 1) I am a radiant being of light, fully supported, completely immersed, and abundantly surrounded by the opulent energies flowing from the retreat. 2)The Retreat Energies are nurturing my spiritual growth and allowing me to further share the opulence and healing nectar with others in my life. 3)I am a vessel of the Divine Energies, simply filled with the nectarean light and embraced with the vibrant colours; I share with one and all. 4)I am uplifted by the beauty and grandeur of the healing energies flowing through and around me, and I further allow the beauty to strengthen my spiritual journey. 5)I am attuned by the retreat energies inspiring me to belong, to receive, to share, and thereby share the spiritual path with others. I rejoice in the simple healing light. Continue to embrace the light of love and remain in the light. Healing hugs of transforming associations of grace.
