Engage successfully to your life path and heal! Healing evokes balance, music,
resonance, joy, bliss and truthfulness.
Gratefulness is a by product of sincere healing and continuous engagement with the
light and a willingness of sharing it forward. Visualise your feet touching the ground.
Now become aware that there are golden concentric circles moving outwards from
your feet. At the centre of these golden circles moving out is a ruby red light that is
energising your body and simultaneously changing your connection with Mother
Earth. Now see strong roots forming from the centre of the red and gold light and
moving deep within the body of Mother Earth, and your feet feeling magnetically
connected to this force of light. See the roots deep within Mother Earth wrapping
themselves around the heart of Mother Earth and know that Mother Earth
reciprocates and sends you her love through the same roots. Your whole body is
now filled with the gold and ruby red light. Stay with this feeling of connection and
enjoy this journey of oneness, knowing that you are healing everything in your life in
the here and now. Be grateful for this opportunity and this connection. Thank the
roots and request them to find their natural state of wellness. Thank Mother Earth
and the gold and the red light. Be in complete awareness as you move ahead.
