to live our life in a mindful way. We begin to connect to the energies circulating in our
body, our aura, our circumstances, our thoughts, our emotions, our relationships and
our world, and through this we create a symphony of harmonics that help us vibrate
with the goodness in our heart. A gentle wave of peace and calmness emits new
strength from our energy field to all the people and events that are unfolding in the
