- There must be a claim application and a self-attested photocopy of both sides of the ticket.

- A copy of the winner’s PAN Card that has been self-attested.
- ID Proof Documents such as Adhaar Card, Ration Card, Driving Licence, Passport, Voter ID Card, and so on.
Tax distribution for prize winners:
If the prize is less than Rs 5,000, the winner may collect it at any lottery shop in Kerala. If the reward exceeds Rs 5,000, the winners must present their tickets, together with identification, to a bank or government lottery office. The prize winners are encouraged to check their winning numbers against those stated in the Kerala Government Gazatte and to surrender their winning tickets within 30 days.
