Specific offices to submit the forms to claim amount:

If the reward exceeds Rs. 1,00,000, the Nagaland State Lotteries Board would demand particular documentation to be provided. Winners of up to Rs. 5,000 in prizes may submit their forms to agents whereas winners of prizes up to Rs. 1 lakh must submit their papers to the Department of District Lottery Offices.

On the other hand, winners from other states who have won rewards of up to Rs. 1 lakh must submit their paperwork to the Department of Directorate and winners of prizes more than Rs. 1 lakh have to give their forms to the Department of Director of State Lotteries. In the meantime, forms must be submitted to the Department of Deputy Director by winners of prizes worth between Rs. 1 lakh and Rs. 20 lakhs. Those who win rewards worth at least Rs. 20 lakhs must turn in their paperwork to the Department of Director.
