  • At Parliamentary meet on cryptocurrency, concerns over security of investors’ raised

The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance held a meeting on November 15 with the industry associations and experts to discuss crypto finance in India. The meeting was chaired by BJP MP and former union minister Jayant Sinha. At the end of the meeting a conclusion was drawn which stated that though cryptocurrency cannot be stopped, it must be regulated. Also, concern over the security of investors’ money was raised.
