New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the result of the 10th class board exams on July 22. The candidates waiting for the declaration can look out on the official website of the board, http://cbse.gov.in. The board also declared the class 12th results earlier in the morning.
This year the board exams took place in a two-term structure rather than full-syllabus exams. The exam for the second term took place from April 26 to June 15, 2022. Nearly, 21 lakh students participated in the 10th class board exams.
Where to check the results?
These are the following websites where the students can check their results: http://cbse.gov.in, http://cbseresults.nic.in and http://results.cbse.nic.in. This year CBSE has also launched ‘Pariksha Sangam’, a new portal to check all the details regarding the exams. ‘Pariksha Sangam’ derives its name from the ‘Sangam’ or the merger of three Indian holy rivers. The portal is divided into three sections, namely, Schools (Ganga), regional offices (Yamuna) and head office (Saraswati).
The students may check their results through DigiLocker as well. A PIN would be required to access the mark sheets, the migration certificates and other documents. CBSE has shared the PIN with the head of the schools.
Steps to check result:
- Go to the official website of CBSE, http://cbseresults.nic.in.
- Click on ‘CBSE Class 10 Result 2022’ link on the CBSE webpage.
- Enter your roll number and other details printed on the admit card.
- Click on the submit button.
- Your CBSE 2022 result will be displayed.
- You may download the result and take the printout for future reference.
Steps to use DigiLocker:
- Download the DigiLocker app from Google PlayStore (for Android) or Apple Store (for iOS).
- Open the DigiLocker app and select ‘Access DigiLocker’.
- Enter the registered phone number with CBSE and submit the required details.
- You may access the CBSE marksheet and certificate.
