New Delhi: The online application forms for IIT JAM 2023 have been released by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati. Students seeking admission in various courses can apply for themselves by visiting the official website of the institute.
The forms which were scheduled to be rolled out on September 7 this month were released a day before by the board, i.e. on September 6.
About the Exam
The exam will be conducted in online mode only and students will be able to download their admit cards after the official notification by the institute.
The last date to submit the JAM 2023 application form is October 11, and the results are expected to be declared on March 22 next year.
How to Apply (in steps)
# Visit the official website jam.iitg.ac.in
# Visit the JAM JOAPS 2022 portal
# Click on the ‘New User? Register Here’ tab
# Enter the required details and click on the ‘Submit’ tab.
# Now an enrollment ID will be sent to the registered email ID
# Use the registered email ID/enrollment number and password to login
# Then, start filling the application form with the necessary information
# Upload the document in the prescribed format and size
# Pay the required application fee
Candidates are advised to properly look into the eligibility criteria for JAM before filling the application form. Interested students can fill out their desired course as offered by the various IITs.
For the not known, the JAM examination is conducted every year for students seeking admission in different courses as offered by 20 IITs and IISc Bangalore. IIT Guwahati is conducting the test for this year.
