1. 9 Hours
Platform: Disney+ Hotstar
Release Date: June 2
The Telugu language web series revolves around three prison inmates who find themselves in problematic circumstances as they break from their cells to execute a robbery. As a bonus, the series has also been dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Marathi.
2. Aashram (Season 3)
Platform: MX Player
Release Date: June 3
The upcoming third season Aashram revolves around a megalomaniac ‘God Man’, who is at peak of social and political power and leaves no stones unturned to bend the law as it suits himself. However, the rivalry in the latest season is on its peak as well.
3. Jana Gana Mana
Platform: Netflix
Release Date: June 2
The Malayalam language action drama deals with a pan-India narrative and is said to be the first of the two cinematic parts. Written by Sharis Mohammed and directed by Dijo Jose Antony, the film stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Suraj Venjaramoodu and Mamta Mohandas. The movie will also stream in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Hindi from Thursday onwards.
4. The Eken
Platform: Hoichoi
Release Date: June 3
Ekendra Sen, a Lalbazar Detective gets to meet with popular actress Bipasha Mitra during his Darjeeling tour, who offers him a chance to investigate a missing ancestral photograph of hers. Sen also simultaneously gets an offer to investigate a murder mystery in the region.
5. Aashiqana
Platform: Disney+ Hotstar
Release Date: June 6
The enthralling love-story with a twist of suspense is set to mark the OTT world. The plot of the series revolves around two individuals who cross each other’s path under monsoon and a murder.
