Abbabba on OTT: Watch Likith Shetty and Amrutha Iyengar’s Kannada laughter riot online on This platform

Inspired by John Varghese’s 2015 Malayalam comedy Adi Kappiyare Kootamani, Abbabba is a Kannada romantic entertainer directed by renowned film director K. M. Chaitanya.

New Delhi: Likith Shetty and Anusha Rai’s February release Kannada flick Abbabba is now available for watching on an OTT Platform.

After failing to impress fans at the Box office, the rom-com has arrived to test its luck on Amazon Prime Video today on 9 May 2024 and viewers can watch it comfortably from their homes.

However, as the film is currently only available on a rental basis, a payment of Rs 79 is necessary to access it on the digital platform.

Abbabba Movie Plot

Inspired by John Varghese’s 2015 Malayalam comedy Adi Kappiyare Kootamani, Abbabba is a Kannada romantic entertainer directed by renowned film director K. M. Chaitanya.

The movie tells the story of a college-going guy Dileep (Played by Likhit Shetty) who is madly in love with a beautiful girl Sharmila/Shammu (Anusha Rai).

One day, his love story suffers a major blow when Shammu, compelled by the circumstances, agrees to marry another man to take her father out of an adverse situation.

This leaves Dileep heartbroken but a stranger girl Akhila (Amrutha Iyengar) reignites his hopes by promising him help if he agrees to secretly let her sneak inside his boys’ hostel for a few minutes.

With no other options left, he agrees to Akhila’s conditions and somehow makes her enter the hostel without getting noticed by Warden Joseph (played by Sharath Lohithashwa) or even his friends Kethan (Played by Dhanraj Achar) and Thandav (Played by Thandav Ram) Rahul (played by Ajay Raj).

However, Akhila only unveils her true intentions after making it inside the boys’ hostel and leaves everyone surprised. Who is Akhila? What is her motive behind seeking inside the boys’ hostel? Is she actually willing to help Dileep? watch Abbabba and find out the answers.
