Ad Vitam OTT Release: The upcoming French TV series is all set to arrive on the Streaming sites on Jan 10th on Netflix. Since its founding in 1998, Ad Vitam has become one of France’s leading independent distribution companies

Plot

The story of the series follows the life of a couple who are living a happy and stable life until one day when the wife gets kidnapped by some armed men in front of her husband and everything changes.

The man Franck was a former member of the French Elite Intervention squad. Franck is caught up in his past when he used to work for the government.

The couple was expecting a child and everything was nice when one day some kidnappers barged into their house. Franck tries hard to fight with them but fails.

The masked men kidnaps his wife and take her away. In a state of shock, Franck doesn’t understand what to do. He gets a call from one of the kidnappers and they have a demand.

Now his past is back to haunt him and he is unaware of the consequences he might have to face. The kidnapping of his pregnant wife shattered him completely.

Franck decides to find out his wife at any cost. He receives a call from an unknown man who tells him to do what they want or else he’ll end up losing his wife forever.

The kidnappers also sent a clip of his wife in which she is seen tied up on a floor. As of 2015, Ad Vitam had released more than eighty films in French cinemas.

The company distributed its first film on 27 January 1999, La révolution sexuelle n’a pas eu lieu, directed by Judith Cahen
