The enraging dialogues from the movie are heard during the scenes prior to Lanka Dahen (Burning of Lanka) by Lord Hanuman when Ravana’s son says to Hanuman,” Jali na.. jiski jalti hai..”
To which Bajrangbali replies saying, “Tel tere baap ka aag bhi tere baap ki aur jalebi bhi tere baap ki.”
These cheap dialogues from the movie fumed the public, triggering a huge outcry against the movie’s dialogue writer Manoj Muntashir who is now being mercilessly bashed by netizens all over the internet.
Manoj Muntashir defends the dialogues
Amid all these ongoing controversies, Adipurush’s dialogue writer Manoj Muntashir has come up when his defense against the ongoing criticism he has faced over the controversial dialogues from the movie.
Calling his dialogue writing a “meticulous thought process” Manoj stated that he is not the first one to write these dialogues as all of them have always been there.
He further added, “We have made the dialogues simple as there are multiple characters in the movie and all cannot speak in the same way.”
Speaking specifically about the controversial dialogues by Lord Hanuman in the movie, he stated that in Indian culture there is a tradition of Katha vachak (storytelling) in which all the prominent saints have spoken about the dialogue of Hanuman in the same way that has been depicted in the movie.
