New Delhi: Actor Ajay Devgn has always been in the limelight for his films and for his work. He is working as both, an actor and a director. But this time he is in the news not for his movies but for some other reason, the actor has bought five office units in the Andheri West area of Mumbai. The actor has his own production and distribution firm named Ajay Devgn Films (ADF), which was founded in 2000. According to a data analyst company CRF matrix, the actor has spent 45 crores on the property.
The office units that Ajay purchased include office apartments of the signature Building, Oshiwra along with Desai Road with a combined area of 13,293 square feet, according to the papers retrieved by the CRE matrix. Actoralso owns the visual effects business called NY VFXWAAALA named after his children Naysa and Yug Devgn. The company has done work on movies like Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Bajirao Mastani, Mersal, Dilwale, Force2, and Simba. It is very clear from this, the actor has many further business plans ., that is why he purchased the office units.
According to the reports, three units on the 16th floor costs Rs 30.35 crore and were paid in an amount of 1.82 crores as stamp duty. The total buildup area is 8, 405 square feet. Adding to this, the actor has bought two additional apartments making an area of 4,893 square feet on the 17th floor that cost Rs. 14.74 crores.
