Akanksha Dubey Suicide: FIR registered against Bhojpuri singer Samar Singh and his brother

Akanksha Dubey Suicide: The case was filed on the basis of the complaint made by the late actress Akanksha Dubey’s mother Madhu Dubey.

New Delhi: A day after the death of Bhojpuri actress Akanksha Dubey allegedly by suicide, now Police said that they have registered a case against Bhojpuri singer Samar Singh and his brother for abetment to suicide.

The 25-year-old Bhojpuri actress Akanksha Dubey was found hanging from the fan in her hotel room in Varanasi on Sunday morning.

Sarnath police station SHO Dharmpal Singh said that a case has been registered against Akanksha Dubey’s rumoured boyfriend and singer Samar Singh and his brother Sanjay Singh on charges of abetment to suicide and other relevant sections.

The case was filed on the basis of the complaint made by the late actress Akanksha Dubey’s mother Madhu Dubey.

Assistant Commissioner of Police (Sarnath) Gyan Prakash Rai said that no suicide note was recovered from the room where the actress hanged herself. He said that it appeared to be a case of suicide.

Akanksha Dubey was in Varanasi for a film shoot and she was staying at a hotel. She was a resident of Uttar Pradesh’s Bhadohi district

She was found hanging in her hotel room by her makeup artist.

Before she allegedly died by suicide, the actress had come live on Instagram and was seen crying without telling anything.

The actress had also posted a video on her Instagram where she was seen dancing on the Bhojpuri song Hilore Mare.

Also, a new video song of the late actress with Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh was released.
