As Alia Bhatt’s ‘Sadak 2’ becomes lowest-rated film of all time, here is how KRK rejoiced

KRK, known for his antics, rejoiced over the dismal failure of Alia Bhatt starrer movie and tweeted that this is just the ‘beginning of war against nepotism’.

New Delhi: Mahesh Bhatt’s directorial comeback ‘Sadak 2’ performed on expected lines i.e. a blockbuster flop. The movie which brought Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt together was hyped to become a major hit but it has turned out to be damp squib.

The film has got 9,821 IMDb users’ votes and has been rated 1.1 out of 10. The other bottom Bollywood movies sorted according to their IMDB Rating are Ajay Devgn’s Himmatwala (1.7), Ram Gopal Varma’s Fire (1.7), Abhishek Bachchan-starrer The Leged of Drona (2) and Himesh Reshammiya’s Karzzzz.

In fact, the stars, film’s trailer and songs were intensely trolled amid the nepotism debate. Mahesh Bhatt directorial received flak upon its release online.

Sadak 2 premiered on Disney+ Hotstar at 7:30 pm. Within moments, the critics started trolling and dubbed it as “boring,” “lackluster,” and “terrible.”

Sadak 2 trailer became 3rd most disliked video in the world

Previously, Sadak 2 had also become the third most-disliked trailer on YouTube. Sadak 2’s trailer has garnered over 12 million dislikes with more than 50 million views till now.

Released on August 12, the trailer of Sadak 2 was trolled by many netizens as it was seen by people as a shining example of Bollywood nepotism — a topic which became the talk of the town after actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death in June.
