Bad Newz OTT Release Date: Tripti Dimri starrer Hindi comedy Bad Newz emerged as a runaway hit at the Box Office. Starring veteran actors like Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk in lead roles, the laughter-riot entertainer arrived on the Big screens in July 2024 & received decent reactions from movie lovers.
After enjoying a successful theatrical run, the film concluded its Box office journey with a whopping Rs 115 crore (approx) collections. Not much later, the Anand Tiwari directorial made its digital debut on Amazon Prime Video where it also received a welcoming reception from the audiences, despite being only available for watching on a renal basis.
However, the good news is that from September 13 2024 onwards, the comedy-drama will become accessible on Amazon Prime Video on a non-rental basis. This means that very soon, fans will get to enjoy the movie online without paying any additional charges other than the platform’s subscription fee.
Plot of the Movie
Saloni Bagga, a Punjabi chef decides to part ways with her husband Akhil Chadha after an unfortunate event damages the duo’s relationship beyond repair. To ease her mind a little, she then heads towards hill station Mussorie and eventually starts working at the food outlet of a young charming guy named Gurbir Singh. In almost no time, Saloni and Gurbir catch one another’s vibes as they get drunk together & even end up having a one-night stand.
On the same night, Saloni’s ex Akhil comes to Massurie searching for her and begs her for a second chance. This ultimately leads to the young lady having a one-night stand with Akhil as well, only to find out later that she has been impregnated and is soon going to become a mother to twins. But who is the father of her babies? Is it Akhil or is it Gurbir? Watch Bad Newz and find out the answer.
