Beastars Final Season OTT Release Date: Here’s when the Psychological Drama anime drops on streaming sites!

Beastars, a manga series written and illustrated by Paru Itagaki, has been nearly compiled into 22 volumes, with two released seasons that were massively appreciated and admired by the anime community.

New Delhi: Tensions between beings of two different sides have existed since the beginning of time, but what if a sudden and gruesome murder only worsens these so-called tensions? This is the plot of the physiological drama anime Beastars, which topped the charts of the best anime series with its skilled and well-admired plotline and unique use of the characters.

The story takes place in a modern world of civilized, anthropomorphic animals, with a cultural divide between carnivores and herbivores and a strictly illegal eating of meat. An anime television series adaptation produced by Orange aired from October to December 2019 on Fuji TV’s +Ultra programming block. A second season aired from January to March 2021.

The famed psychological drama is now fully set on releasing it’s third and final season on December 5th, 2024.

 

Plot

In a modern and civilized world populated by anthropomorphic animals, there is a cultural divide between herbivorous and carnivorous animals. The eating of meat, that is sourced from anthropomorphic animals is highly illegal and a discouraged act.

Amid this divide of culture, Legoshi is a grey wolf, a high school student who is a timid and quiet student of Cherryton Academy where he lives in a dorm with several other carnivorous students including his outgoing Labrador friend, Jack.

As a member of the school’s drama club, Legoshi works as a stagehand and supports the actors of the club headed by the star pupil Louis, a red deer. In a gruesome twist of events, out of nowhere, Tem the alpaca is brutally murdered and devoured in the night, setting off a wave of unease and distrust between the herbivore and carnivore students.

At the same time, Legoshi has a fateful encounter with Haru, a dwarf rabbit who has been in love with Louis and begins developing complex feelings for her.
