Beauty in Black Season 1 OTT Release: The American Drama Series will be arriving in the OTT Platforms on 24th October on Netflix. The first eight episodes will be released on 24th October.
Plot
The American series follows the lives of two women who are living different lives but get entangles in each other’s lives. The story of the series is based in Atlanta and Georgia and is inspired by the strip clubs in 1990s
The Streaming Platform shared the trailer with the audience and received a positive response. The trailer begins with a black woman dancing in a club and later meets her friend who tells her she knows that she doesn’t want to do this
Both of them then see a poster of a woman and one of them tells the other one that this woman and her family owns all of this. In the next scene, the woman in the poster is seen talking to a man..
She tells him image is everything and she do anything to protect it.The same woman is attending a meeting with her family members who are discussing about their business.
The woman who was dancing in the club, is seen traumatised and broken and is asking her boyfried what am I doing? He tells her ‘surviving’. She tells him she wants to do more than just survive.
Together they make a plan and lots of twits and turns takes place in the later parts. The series also explore the power of the stripper world with the hair care business.
