Berlin ER OTT Release: Berlin ER is an upcoming German-language medical drama series set to premiere on Apple TV+ on February 26, 2025.
The series is co-created by former emergency room physician-turned-screenwriter Samuel Jefferson and Viktor Jakovleski. The lead cast features Haley Louise Jones, Slavko Popadic, Şafak Şengül and Aram Tafreshian.

Plot
“Berlin ER” is set in one of Berlin’s most overburdened and chaotic emergency rooms. It is a place where doctors and nurses are understaffed, overworked, and constantly battling against time to save lives.
The hospital is notorious for its underfunding, overcrowding, and systemic failures. This makes it one of the most intense medical environments in Europe.
Dr. Zanna Parker is a talented but troubled doctor who arrives at the hospital with a dark past. She left behind a high-profile medical career in London after a personal and professional scandal. Zanna sees Berlin as an opportunity for a fresh start.
However, her idealistic vision quickly clashes with the harsh realities of the emergency room.
Her arrival is met with hostility and skepticism from both the hospital staff and patients. Many question whether she has what it takes to survive in this brutal and unpredictable environment. Others even suspect that she is running from something.
