
Bet OTT Release Date: Netflix is gearing up to treat its Manga-loving audiences by rolling out an exciting web drama based on the acclaimed Japanese series Kakegurui – Compulsive Gambler.
Simon Barry has directed and developed the web series, which stars Miku Martineau and Alex Hookwill in main roles and will start streaming online from May 15 onwards, allowing fans to enjoy it right from the comfort of their homes. However, one should also note that a subscription to Netflix’s services will be required to watch this film online on the streaming gaint.
Plot of the Web Series
Bet’s story unfolds inside a coveted boarding school specially made for the global elites. This school has unique rules, and gambling is the only way to earn respect and power here. It doesn’t matter how popular one is or how good grades someone achieves in academics, gambling decides everyone’s fate and becomes the sole reason for the students’ and fall. How Yumeko, a newly enrolled girl, survives in this highly competitive boarding school using her wit, intellect, calmness, and smartness is the main story of the thriller drama series.
