New Delhi: A remarkable performance from the talented Bhumi Pednekar is going to captivate audiences once again. The actress will play the major part in the forthcoming crime drama Bhakshak on Netflix. Pulkit’s film follows investigative journalist Vaishali Singh as she enlists the aid of politicians to bring down a well-known man who is abusing orphan girls.

Plot
In the suspenseful drama Bhakshak, journalist Vaishali Singh tries to uncover the truth about certain local criminals involved in the smuggling of girls.
The protagonist, Vaishali, is a relentless journalist who, to uncover a terrible crime, is determined to uncover the secrets kept inside a shelter home for girls in Munawwarpur.
The trailer earlier gave a sneak peek with a scene showing a room full of females who have been left alone. Vaishali starts looking into the situation after hearing from Bhaskar Sinha about the abuse of those girls. She finds out that several prominent politicians are involved in the issue.
