Bhool Chuk Maaf OTT Release: “Bhool Chuk Maaf” is an upcoming romantic comedy directed and written by Karan Sharma. The film features Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi in lead roles.
They are supported by actors such as Sharib Hashmi, Revathy, Kumud Mishra, and Sadia Khateeb. Produced by Dinesh Vijan under the banner of Maddock Films, the movie is set to release in theaters on April 10, 2025 and on the OTT Platform Amazon Prime Video on the 10th of April.
Plot
Set in the vibrant city of Varanasi, Bhool Chuk Maaf follows the journey of Ranjan (played by Rajkummar Rao). He is a determined and sincere young man who works tirelessly to secure a stable government job.
His motivation is driven by his deep love for Title (portrayed by Wamiqa Gabbi). She is the woman he dreams of marrying. With his future seemingly set, Ranjan eagerly looks forward to their wedding day.
He firmly believes that he has finally achieved everything needed for a happily-ever-after.
However, fate has other plans. On the eve of his wedding, an inexplicable phenomenon occurs. Ranjan finds himself trapped in a bizarre time loop. No matter what he does, he keeps reliving the same day over and over again.
At first, he is bewildered and frustrated. Struggling to understand why time refuses to move forward. As the cycle repeats, he begins to realize that he must confront hidden truths, navigate unforeseen challenges, and perhaps even right past wrongs.
What initially seems like a cruel joke soon turns into an opportunity for growth and self-discovery. With each repetition of the day, Ranjan unravels new aspects of his relationship with Title, as well as his own shortcomings and fears. The film uses humor, romance, and drama to explore deeper themes of love, destiny, and redemption. As Ranjan attempts to break free from the loop, he must learn valuable lessons about commitment, second chances, and what it truly means to be ready for marriage.
