Bougainvillea OTT Release Date: Amal Neerad’s Malayalam movie Bougainvillea is soon going to land on digital screens. Starring Jyothimayi and Kunchako Boban as its lead pair, the crime thriller graced the big screens on October 17th, 2024, and received a modest reception from cinegoers.
By the end of its theatrical run, the film managed to amass a decent Rs 35 crore from the ticket windows to effortlessly become a profitable venture for its makers. Now, it is all set to test its luck with the OTTians by making its long-awaited debut on a renowned streaming platform.

Those who missed the chance to enjoy Bougainvillea during its theatrical run will soon have the option of enjoying this film from their comfort zones. Plot
Following an unfortunate accident, Royce’s wife Reethu falls victim to amnesia, leaving his world surrounded by grief & hopelessness. To add to the couple’s misery, their destiny gives them yet another blow when Reethu, for some unexplained reasons, ends up becoming the prime suspect in a case regarding the mysterious disappearance of a group of travelers in Kerela.
