New Delhi: The trailer of Comicstaan Season 3 is out now on Amazon Prime Video India’s YouTube channel. After the success of the first two seasons, the comedy show is back with its third instalment. The trailer shows a glimpse of this season’s judges, mentors and contestants, along with some hints for different formats in season 3.
Season 3 of the comedy show will be hosted by Abish Mathew and Kusha Kapila. Though Abish has been the host of the show since the beginning, his partners have kept on changing. Along with him, season 1 was hosted by Sumukhi Suresh and season 2 was hosted by Urooj Ashfaq.
Like seasons 1 and 2, 8 contestants will use comedy to battle for the first prize of the show. Season 1 was won by Nishant Suri, while season 2 had tied winners in form of Samay Raina and Aakash Gupta. The show has helped many struggling comics in India to get a platform to make a career out of stand-up comedy. Season 3 will feature 4 judges, 7 mentors, 2 hosts and 8 contestants.
