Criminal Record OTT Release Date: Know when and where to watch Peter Capaldi-starrer crime-thriller drama

Criminal Record OTT Release Date: Wednesday, January 10, marks the day that Criminal Record will make its premiere on Apple TV+ throughout the world.

New Delhi: Beginning on January 10, 2024, Apple TV+ will air the first episode of the new British criminal thriller television series known as Criminal Record. The forthcoming crime thriller will consist of eight episodes and is directed by Paul Rutman, who has been nominated for a BAFTA. The protagonist, played by Capaldi, is a talented investigator named Daniel Hegarty, who may have served justice earlier than necessary. Capaldi’s character is eager to go the additional mile, determined to safeguard his image and legacy by dubious methods, when Capaldi’s character, June Lenker (Cush Jumbo), a newbie investigator, checks into his previous case and discovers a few significant inconsistencies.

Story

Criminal Record is a powerful reminder of the dysfunctional judicial system that puts innocent lives in jeopardy via the confrontation between two detectives dealing with a long-ago murder case. Two brilliant investigators, one from a privileged background and the other just starting in their careers, engage in a riveting struggle throughout the story. Racial inequality, institutional failure, and the difficulty of establishing common ground in a politically divided Britain are just a few of the larger social concerns explored in the series.

When and Where to Watch?

Wednesday, January 10, marks the day that Criminal Record will make its premiere on Apple TV+ throughout the world. During the first two episodes of the eight-part series, which will be released on the same day as the season’s launch, fresh episodes will be released every Wednesday until February 21.

Customers who are interested in the series have the option of subscribing to Apple TV+ subscriptions.
