New Delhi: Akshay Kumar’s much-awaited film ‘Cuttputlli’ was released on Disney+Hotstar. Directed by Ranjit Tewari, the film revolves around a cop’s mission to track down a child abduction racket in the city. The remake of the Tamil film ‘Ratsasan’ is receiving a positive response from the viewers.
This crime-thriller stars Akshay Kumar, Rakul Preet Singh, Sargun Mehta, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Chandrachur Singh, Shahid Latief, and Hritishaa Bhatt along with others. People are loving the suspense the film creates and they are calling it to be an edge-of-the-seat thriller. The original film featured Vishnu Vishal and Amala Paul and is considered to be one of the best crime-thrillers made in India.
Aseem Arrora has written the adapted screenplay and the dialogues of the film while Rajeev Ravi, who has worked with Anurag Kashyap in ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ and ‘Dev D’, has done the cinematography in the film.
The film got a direct release on OTT and has impressed both the audience and the critics.
