New Delhi: Very soon, the supernatural horror drama series Dead Boy Detectives on Netflix, created by Steve Yockey and Beth Schwartz, will premiere with an enthralling mystery. Because of its dark and twisty criminal cases, the fantasy series is becoming very popular.
The supernatural thriller follows two deceased detectives and their associates as they seek vengeance for the dead, based on characters created by Neil Gaiman and Matt Wagner for DC Comics. Dead Boy Detectives is the latest entry to The Sandman Universe, adapted from Neil Gaiman’s comic book.
Two young teenagers take on the roles of ghost detectives in Dead Boy Detectives. Edwin and Charles, continue their investigation of paranormal incidents in the afterlife while they are still alive on Earth.
Plot
Edwin Payne and Charles Rowland, two murdered British adolescents, are the protagonists of this criminal thriller. They work together with Edwin’s clairvoyant companion Crystal to decipher enigmatic paranormal situations. To remain on Earth and investigate murders with supernatural elements, Charles and Edwin choose not to go to the afterlife.
The creators of Dead Boy Detectives have released a scary trailer that reveals the otherworldly beings that beg the boy investigator to help them uncover the truth. A clairvoyant by the name of Crystal and her companion Niko are lending them a hand.
Dead detectives Edwin and Charles make quite an impression in the trailer. In their daring pursuit of justice, these top-tier investigators from the Mortal Plane bravely avoid wicked witches, hell, and death. To find the hidden truth behind paranormal incidents, they probe sinister secrets and take on strange situations that no one else can explain.

Starting on this Thursday – April 25, 2024, viewers will be able to watch the eight-episode limited series on Netflix.

Among Dead Boy Detectives’ outstanding ensemble cast members are George Rexstrew (Edwin Payne), Jayden Revri (Charles Rowland), Kassius Nelson (clairvoyant Krystal), and Yuyu Kitamura (Niko).
