Review for Part 1

Dramatic adaptation of the webcomic ‘Death’s Game’ blew viewers away with its compelling story and A-list actors. The episode starts well, diving headfirst into the story and highlighting Choi Yi Jae’s unending cycle.

It was fantastic throughout the first part of the series. After such an impressive first half, fans are eager to see how Yi Jae’s narrative ends in the second.

The actors are all fantastic in their roles. The Death portrayed by Park Seo Dam is powerful and ruthless. The power and authority she exudes in her all-black ensemble compel onlookers to hold her in high esteem as if she is the very definition of an entity.

Choi Yi Jae is enthrallingly portrayed by Seo In Guk. In addition to them, the star-studded ensemble, which includes Lee Jae Wook, Lee Do Hyun, Go Yoon Jung, and many more, gives outstanding performances in their roles.

The protagonist goes through several lives, and each one is richly developed and explored in the drama.

Overall, the cinematography is solid, however it does sometimes show signs of CGI. The captivating idea keeps viewers engrossed, as they are compelled to keep watching while the characters, particularly our protagonists, experience rapid development.

It will not be good to miss out on such an outstanding web series, with its fascinating story, deep themes, star-studded cast, and overall great performance.
