Gaurav Gupta’s FIR against Elvish Yadav

The officials swung into action soon after People For Animals’s (PFA) Welfare officer Gaurav Gupta booked a complaint against Elvish and his companions while accusing them of making videos with a number of snakes and using venom in his rave parties.

He claimed that Elvish and his friends used to often throw illegal rave parties that were attended by foreigners (specifically women) who used to consume snake venom and other forms of drugs.

On the basis of Gaurav’s information, PFA, which is an NGO associated with BJP leader Menka Gandhi, contacted Elvish Yadav and interacted with him. During the said conversation, the BB OTT 2 winner allegedly gave them the contact number of his agent.

When the PFA’s agent spoke with Elvish’s agent while posing as a customer, the latter allegedly agreed to organize a party in Nodia’s banquet Hall and even promised to bring snake and snake venom there.

A tip-off about the same was later provided to the Forest Department Officials who then raided the banquet hall along with Nodia police.

During the raid, the officials found 9 snakes. (5 cobras, two double-headed snakes, one python, and a rat snake) They also recovered and seized 20 ml of snake venom from the said premises.

Later, Station House Officer (SHO) Sandeep Chaudhary spoke about the matter and said that a case under sections 9, 39, 48 (A), 49, 50, and 51 of The Wildlife Protection Act 1972 has been registered against all 5 accused persons (Including Elvish) and an investigation into the matter is underway.
