However, in October, Esha became the victim of trolls when she posted a picture of herself sunbathing on the balcony. Reacting to the trolls, she told Hindustan Times, “It’s gender bias. So many male actors out there are putting up shirtless pictures. Why not ask them to cover up? People look at them and go, “Waah bhai, kya body hai!.’”
Further, she expressed her annoyance over people who hold women responsible for promoting rape because of their outfits. She stated, “It’s their mentality that has to be blamed. A woman’s clothes making people think about rape is problematic.”
