New Delhi: Vinod Prabhakar’s 2023 release Kannada movie Fighter is finally available for watching on OTT. Featuring stars like Lekha Chandra and Paavana Gowda in pivotal roles, the action-packed movie is now streaming on SunNXT where it landed on June 7, 2024.
The OTT platform also announced the film’s arrival on Thursday by taking to its official Instagram handle & dropping the deets about its digital premiere.

About Fighter Movie
Written and directed by Nuthan Umesh, Fighter grades the big screen with the aim of delivering a social message on 22 September 2023.
However, failing to live up to the expectations of the makers, the movie received a lukewarm reception from the fans at the Box Office & ended its theatrical run with mediocre collections.
Nevertheless, now with the flicker testing its luck on a digital platform, it will be a thing to see what kind of reception it garners from the OTT lovers.
Fighter Movie Plot
Fighter features Vinod Prabhakar as Mohak, a man who can’t withstand unjustness & corruption at any cost. Touching upon a number of prevalent social evils including corruption, labor exploitation, mafia culture, and illegal occupation of farmers’ land amongst others, the film sees Mohak’s mother, an ace officer, fighting for justice with him leaving no stone unturned in helping her doing the same.

Speaking about Fighter’s cast, the action entertainment film sees Vinod Prabhakar as the lead with Kanna actress Nirosha playing the role of his bureaucrat mother. Besides these two, the film also features other actors like Lekha Chandra, K. S. Sridhar, Paavana Gowda, Rajesh Nataranga, and Sharath Lohitashwa essaying other side yet crucial roles.

Fighter is edited by KM Prakash and Shekar Chandra has handled its cinematography. Kattigenahalli Somashekar has produced the Kannada flicker under the banner of Aakash Enterprises.
