Kareena Kapoor Khan

Kareena is one of those celebrities who opted for yoga for her post-pregnancy weight loss. Other than that, she also added it to her daily routine. The actress often posts her yoga photos and videos on her social media. While her post-pregnancy phase, she lost 12 kilos in just five months. Her yoga instructor Anushka Parwani also shares some cute photos of Bebo doing yoga.

Shilpa Shetty

While talking about Yoga how we can forget Yoga Queen Shilpa Shetty. She is undoubtedly the fittest Bollywood diva. The actress revealed, she lost 21 kilos after her pregnancy due to her workout routine, which includes 20 minutes of yoga every day. The actress posts various asanas on her social media and  also motivates others to do and keep themselves fit

Alia Bhatt

Our new Bollywood mommy Alia Bhatt who gave birth to her child in November last year resumed her workout routine in December. She started with yoga. She does hammock inversion with the help of her yoga instructor. The actress also shared, she did 108 Suryanamaskar and felt very powerful.

Sameera Reddy

Actress Sameera Reddy thanked Yoga for her weight loss. Her weight loss journey is incredible and all the credit goes to yoga. Sameera lost almost 10 kilos and shared her experience of trying yoga for weight loss. She further added, she felt energized after regularly practicing Yoga. With yoga, she also takes a balanced diet and tries to eat healthy as much as possible.
