New Delhi: The Kannada film Ghost, which stars Shivarajkumar, is now available on over-the-top services. Even though it was released on the same day as ‘Leo,’ starring Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film nonetheless managed to do well at the box office. Stars like Archana Jois, Prashant Narayanan, Satya Prakash, and Jayaram are part of the cast of M G Srinivas’s heist action thriller.
The character of Big Daddy, played by Shivarajkumar, is Dalavayi Muddanna, who is holding some inmates captive. Vamana, a former CBI agent, is the primary victim. The situation is taken over by ACP Chengappa, played by Jayaram, a police officer. The picture centres on the confrontation between the cop and Big Daddy.
The charisma and good looks of Shivarajkumar enhance the film’s appeal. The film, which had simultaneous theatrical releases in many languages, is available to watch on Zee 5 beginning November 17. With music composed by Arjun Janya, the picture has been produced and funded by Sandesh Productions.

Plot
Srinivas has insisted throughout Ghost’s marketing that the picture is a heist thriller set mostly in jail. According to what Shivarajkumar said before, Ghost follows a scenario that takes place within 48 hours.
An unnamed man kidnaps a high-ranking police officer and the prisoners of Karnataka’s main prison in this film. A second officer will be here soon to look at the matter and hopefully resolve it. Dalavayi, a thug, is shown to be the guy keeping them hostage quite quickly.
All the money he uncovered on his own during a CBI raid is what the dishonest officer holding them prisoner wants to retain. Even a lower-ranking police officer who was about to submit a complaint against him was murdered. Because of this new information, Dalavayi is eager to get his hands on that gold. The investigating officer eventually finds that Dalavayi may not have been who they thought he was because of his identity change after his accidental death.

Ghost stars Shivarajkumar, Jayaram, Anupam Kher, Prashant Narayan, Dattana, and Archana Jois, among others. The film contains music by Arjun Janya, while Mahesh Simha has handled cinematography. Both Prasanna VM and Maasthi contributed to the dialogue.

Zee network has purchased the broadcast rights and eventually put on satellite MG Srinivas’ film. Since November 17th, 2023, Ghost has been available on Zee 5 to stream.

Other Details About the Film
The lone Kannada release – Ghost, directed by MG Srinivas with Shivarajkumar as the protagonist. According to critics, the film is a straightforward action heist thriller that doesn’t bother with any gimmicks.
Ghost’s Dasara premiere date and the Big Daddy trailer were both revealed on July 12 to celebrate Shivarajkumar’s birthday. There was no other Kannada film to compete with Ghost, thus it had to go up against other language blockbusters like Vijay’s Leo, Ravi Teja’s Tiger Nageswara Rao, and Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Bhagavanth Kesari.
Meanwhile, on October 19, Ghost was made available in Kannada, Hindi, and Tamil, with the Telugu release date set for October 27. The film also opened in Kerala, although the distributor reportedly only plans to show the Tamil version there. Meanwhile, Pen Studios is presenting the Hindi version.
