New Delhi: Giancarlo Esposito recently revealed that he has had a meeting with Marvel Studios. It is expected that he will soon be seen in the role of Magneto, who is part of the X-Men. In a Tiktok video, Esposito can be seen addressing an audience at an event and informing them about his meeting with Marvel Studios.

In the video, the actor tells that they had a talk about serving and helping people, and they had talked about Magneto, Professor X, Doctor Freeze and Doctor Doom. As Doctor Doom is expected to be a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the near future, the audience gave a loud shout as he announced the name of Doom. However, when asked to pick one character to play, the Breaking Bad star shared that he wants to play Professor X as he wants to go for a different role.
The character of Professor X is currently played by Patrick Stewart while Ian McKellen played Magneto aka Erik Lehnsherr. The characters are played by different actors in different films considering the story and the age of the characters.
