New Delhi: With its highly-anticipated third season premiering on Netflix, the Peacock hit musical comedy Girls5Eva is about to reach new heights. Despite Peacock’s decision to cancel the series only one month after Season 2 premiered, fans of the energetic comedy can enjoy that Netflix has taken the reins.
The musical comedy was conceived by Meredith Scardino, and it follows the reunion of a female band that was successful in the 2000s when they were in their forties.
Plot
The series chronicles the amusing exploits of a group of four singers who are all in their forties and are living their lives in their unique ways.
Netflix has released a teaser trailer for Girls5Eva season 3. Season three will pick up where season two left off and may be the most introspective for the four female band members. Dawn is expecting a child, and the band is trying to pull up their tour—a monumental undertaking since they were passed over as Collab’s opening act. However, with four women’s determination, skill, and enthusiasm, anything is possible.
When and Where to Watch?
March 14, 2024, will see the premiere of Girls5Eva Season 3 on Netflix. Shortly after its cancellation, Peacock transferred rights to Netflix, where it’ll hopefully reach a wider audience.

Busy Philipps will play the role of Summer, Sara Bareilles will play Dawn, Renée Elise Goldsberry will play Wickie, and Paula Pell will play Gloria Sara Bareilles. Season 3 will also include certain actresses who are already well-known.
