New Delhi: Mahesh Babu & Sreleela’s latest Telugu-action drama Guntur Kaaram made it to the theaters in the midst of the Sakranthi season on 12 January. Despite receiving mixed responses from critics & cine-goers, the movie has already managed to amass a whopping sum of Rs 212 crore, becoming the highest-grossing Indian movie of 2024.
However, the Sreeleela starer’s performance on the BO has also started declining rapidly and trade analysts believe that the film’s BO collection will continue to fall in the second week as it will witness losses in several areas of its release. This means that the Mahesh Babu starrer might actually make its digital debut earlier than expected and we are here to fill you in exactly about the same.

Guntur Kaaram is all set to stream on Netflix following its theatrical run and as per the latest reports, the film is going to arrive on the digital platform on or around 9 February 2024, about 28 days after its release on the big screens. However, one will need to have a basic subscription to the services of Netflix in order to watch the movie on the digital platform. Meanwhile, it is also important to note here that the makers are yet to unveil the action-drama’s official OTT release date.
Guntr Kaaram Story & Cast
With superstars Mahesh Babu and Sreeleela in the lead roles, Guntur Kaaram tells the story of an unchallenged ruler of Guntur city’s underworld who ends up losing his heart on a female journalist who is on a secret mission to expose and uncover the dark truth of the prevalent illegal activities of the city.
Besides Mahesh and Sreeleela, the Trivikram Srinivas directorial also features several seasoned actors including Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prakash Raj, Jayaram, and Ramya Krishnan in key roles. It was produced by S Radha Krishna and was released under the banner of Haarika and Hassine Creations on 12 January 2024.
