Hacks was created by Lucia Aniello, Jen Statsky, and Paul W. Downs. Paulilu. The production business run by Downs and Aniello, has an overall arrangement with Warner Bros. Television, and they serve as executive producers. First Thought Productions, Statsky’s production company, is an executive producer.
