New Delhi: South Korean boyband BTS’ J-Hope is celebrating his 29th birthday on 18 February 2023. The eldest member of the band, Jin made a comeback to Instagram and commented on J-Hope’s older post to wish him a ‘happy birthday’. Replying to the comment, V also wished J-Hope and added a laughing emoji.
Celebrating his birthday, the BTS rapper hosted a live session on Weverse, where he also cut the cake. Jimin also appeared in J-Hope’s live session and wished him. They talked about Jin and him messaging Jimin.
J-Hope seemed surprised about Jin messaging Jimin, to which Jimin replied that he was then to message first. He told that in the message, Jin expressed his wish to eat mulhoe, a spicy raw fish soup and wants to perform. J-Hope said that if Jin would not have been in the military camp, he would have wished him, and the singer returned to Instagram and surprised J-Hope with the birthday wish.

Other BTS members also wished J-Hope in their own fashion. RM shared a clip with a birthday message while V shared a picture with J-Hope, Jimin and Jungkook to wish the rapper on the occasion.
During the live session, J-Hope also talked about his documentary, ‘J-Hope In The Box’, which was released on February 17 and is available on Disney+ Hotstar. The documentary shows the struggle that led him to be a K-pop star and eventually he performed at the Lollapalooza. He also shared the news that he is filming for Hope On The Street, which is almost complete.
