Honeymoonish OTT Release Date: Here’s where to watch this Kuwaiti romantic comedy film on the streaming platform

Honeymoonish OTT Release Date: Beginning on April 29, 2024, audiences will be able to watch Honeymoonish on Netflix.

New Delhi: Honeymoonish, whose original title is Shahr Zii Aleasal, is a delightful romantic comedy that is available to view on Netflix starting today. This romantic comedy journey from Kuwait is unique in that it was filmed in London. The Eagle Films production Honeymoonish is a contemporary romantic comedy set in modern-day Kuwait that deftly explores the tensions between conservative and progressive values.

As the characters search for acceptance and a happy medium, the film follows them on a montage of entertaining journeys. After being married, Noor and Hamad go on their honeymoon, but they soon discover they couldn’t be more different.

Plot

Noor and Hamad, two complete opposites, embark on an improbable adventure—marriage—along with a slew of hilarious misunderstandings, mistaken identities, and disclosures. With a humorous tone, Honeymoonish delves into the depths of love, the significance of second chances, and the need for balance and acceptance in life, all while unfolding against the backdrop of an unexpected and eventful honeymoon.

Unlike Noor, who is a modern lady with her own tastes and expectations from her prospective husband, Hamad is looking for a woman who is conventional, cultured, and intelligent. A succession of unfortunate events and misunderstandings precipitates the couple’s marriage and a honeymoon that threatens to ruin all that has been planned for them.

Even while Noor and Hamad aren’t quite convinced of their link, the married couple they met via their matchmaker, Amal and Wael, are—and they’re partly to blame for the marital crisis that the protagonists are experiencing.
