New Delhi: ‘Chandu Champion’ actor Kartik Aryan who is currently in the limelight for his character in his latest film has gone through a lot of hard work and displined diet to stay in shape and to nail his character in the film. From following a rigorous diet to taking boxing classes the actor’s hard work and sheer dedication in the film is clearly visible in the film. However many people also claimed that his pictures shown in the posters of the film are photoshopped. The actor’s trainer has slammed all those who have claimed this.

In one of the interviews, the actor claimed that he has sweet tooth since childhood and its very difficult for him to hold his cravings for ‘Rasmalai’ and chocolates. Although he admits that he is a vegetarian and goes for 7-8 meals per day.

The 33 year old actor went through an extreme tight schedule in terms of eating, sleeping and eating and that was clearly visible in the film. He took enough tofu, lentils, paneer and legumes in his diet. Apart from maintaing carbs in his diet he also focused on his muscular growth.
