Iraivan Twitter Review: Nayanthara’s psycho-thriller making waves, keeping viewers engrossed

New Delhi: Iraivan, the suspenseful horror film starring Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara, finally opened in theatres on September 28. The film stars Rahul Bose and was written and directed by Ahmed.

The competition of Iraivan with Chandramukhi 2 and Skanda will be strong at the box office.

Plot

A ruthless killer stalks the streets at night, leaving a trail of bodies in his wake. The killer is always one step ahead of the policeman who is relentlessly trying to get him.

Arjun, their finest detective, has been summoned back to halt the killer’s rampage. Arjun is ruthless and will violate the law to achieve his goals. Only Arjun’s intelligence and tenacity can stop the killer from returning.

The film explores the darkest side of human nature by having Arjun face his own issues in order to defeat the evil he seeks.

The film has been described as a violent thriller featuring intense sequences of darkness and bloody violence. The audience thought the opening and the ending were the greatest parts of the picture.

Returning to the big screen following his success in Ponniyin Selvan 2, Jayam Ravi once again won the hearts of moviegoers with his performances. There are also some people who think the film is boring and poorly written.
