New Delhi: First teaser-trailer of Keanu Reaves starrer John Wick 4 released in Comic-Con fest. The trailer shows an epic fight sequence from the upcoming film. The makers shared the first look of the film on social media in which the Reaves was seen in the signature black suit worn by the titular character.

The film is expected to continue the story of John Wick after the incidents of ‘John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum’. The action-drama franchise is directed by Chad Stahelski and is based on the characters created by Derek Kolstad. The fourth chapter is written by Michael Finch and Shay Hatten. The John Wick franchise not only entertained the fans but also contributed to Reaves’ comeback into films as an action star.

Comic-Con is an event where comic book fans, celebrities and filmmakers come together to celebrate comic book characters and make announcements about upcoming ventures. The trailer was released during a panel at the San Diego Comic-Con. In the trailer, John Wick can be seen confronting various bad guys and using different weapons in the fight sequences. Laurence Fishburne`s Bowery King asks, “You ready, John?” to which Wick replies, “Yeah.”

The fourth part of the film will have Laurence Fishburne, Ian McShane and Lance Reddick, along with Reaves in the lead. The film will release on 24 March 2023. It was supposed to release in 2021, but the production got postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
