New Delhi: Filmmaker Karan Johar had recently hosted his grand birthday party at his residence in Mumbai, wherein almost all the Bollywood celebs close to the latter had arrived. However, now shocking news has come out regarding the party which had grabbed headlines in the media earlier.
A claim has been made in a report that the high profile birthday party turned into a super spreader, leaving 50 to 55 guests getting infected with the deadly Covid-19 virus.
For the unversed, Johar had celebrated his 50th birthday recently. B’town stars like Hrithik Roshan, Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, Kiara Advani, Jhanvi Kapoor, Malaika Arora and Kareena Kapoor Khan attended this party.
But now, a sensational claim has been made in a news report by Bollywood Hungama, suggesting that over 50 to 55 celebrities who had attended the bash are now reportedly found positive with corona infection.
According to the report, these stars are not revealing that they are Covid positive for fear of slander. It further claimed that many close friends of Karan Johar from the film industry have been infected with Covid at the party.

Notably, actors like Akshay Kumar, Karthik Aryan and Aditya Roy Kapur recently informed on their respective social media handles about being positive with coronavirus.
Though, Akshay has now recovered and returned to work, but Karthik and Aditya are currently isolated at home.
