King of Kotha OTT Release: Acclaimed South Indian star Dulquer Salmaan presented his fans with a power-packed gangster action movie, King of Kotha, back in 2023. On August 24th of the year, the Abhilash Joshiy directorial flick landed in theaters to test its luck with the cinemagoers and received a mixed reception from the audiences.

However, despite enjoying a massive buzz around its premiere, the Malayalam film failed to impress the fans and was also heavily criticized by the experts for its flawed screenplay and lame storyline.

As a result, King of Kotha failed to live up to the expectations of its makers and concluded its journey on the Box office with a lukewarm Rs 39 crores (Approx.) collection, which was also significantly less than its Rs 50 crore budget. Currently, the film is available for watching online on OTT.

Cast and Production

King of Kotha’s star cast sees a number of acclaimed actors, including Dulquer Salmaan, Shabeer Kallarakkal, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Prasanna, Gokul Suresh, Nyla Usha, Chemban Vinod Jose, Shammi Thilakan, and Anikha Surendran essaying key roles. Dulquer himself has backed the movie in association with Zee Studios and Wayfarer Films.
