Kingdom OTT Release: Vijay Deverakonda’s Telugu thriller to stream online on ‘This platform after its theaterical run

Kingdom OTT Release: Veteran Telugu star Vijay Deverkonda’s ambitious movie Kingdom is all set to grace the theaters this summer season. Directed and written by Gowtam Tinnanuri, the film, formerly named VD12, is edited by Naveen Nooli with Jomon T. John and Girish Deverakonda serving as its cinematographer. It will premiere in the theaters on May 30th, 2025 & will also land on a popular OTT platform after concluding its journey at the ticket windows.

Where to watch Kingdom Online after its theaterical run? 

Kingdom, after wrapping up its journey at the Box Office will make its OTT debut on Netflix, allowing fans to enjoy it right from the comfort of their homes in all major Indian languages.

Officially confirming the same, the OTT gaint also shared a social media post on January 14th, 2025. Taking to its Instagram handle, the streamer wrote, “Man without a side and betrayal without limits. VD12, coming to Netflix in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada & Hindi, after its theatrical release!.”

Plot & Teaser  

Kingdom’s teaser, which was recently unveiled by its makers, provides a sneak peek into the story of this visually striking film.

Dictating the ambiance of a fierce war loaded with action, bloodbaths & mayhem, the 1: 55 minute-long teaser, featuring the voiceover narration of Jr NTR, Suriya, and Ranbir Kapoor for its Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi versions respectively, sees people struggling to survive amid the chaotic situation filled with destruction, violence, and oppression. It then depicts Vijay’s messiah-like character emerging as a battle-hardened warrior who would go to any extent to save his people.

With stakes too high & all on the line? How will the protagonist rise against all the odds and fight for truth and justice? The film unveils the answers on May 30th, 2025 in your nearest theaters.
