New Delhi: Kamal Rashid Khan, popularly known as KRK has been sent to 4-day judicial custody today by the Borivali Court. KRK was arrested today by Malad Police in Mumbai, over his controversial tweet in 2020.
According to the reports, KRK has been arrested over an FIR against his controversial social media posts back in 2020.
On April 30, 2020, an FIR was filed on the basis of a complaint by Yuva Sena leader Rahul Kanal, where he had alleged that KRK’s tweets on the late Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor allegedly spread “hatred”.
In his complaint, he also said that Kamal R Khan spreads hatred on social media regularly.
