On October 9th, 2024, the six episodic series, featuring Diago Luna & Gael Garcia Bernal in key roles, will become available for watching online on Disney + Hotstar, allowing the viewers to enjoy it directly from the comfort of their homes. Plot of the Series
La Máquina is the story of Esteban Osuna, an aging veteran boxer whose glory days are now in the rearview as he is going through one of the worst patches of his entire boxing career, losing pivotal matches one after the other.
Meanwhile, despite witnessing his best friend’s decline, his best friend Andy Lujan, who is also the manager of Esteban Osuna decides to stick with his buddy in these tough times & do all it takes to help him make a solid comeback in the boxing ring.
However, just when Andy manages to help Osuna gather enough courage to give one final try at the title, a wicked organization enters the picture & starts looming as a serious threat to Osuna as well as his family.
Will the Boxing maestro manage to save his dear ones from the underworld force? Or will the shady organization succeed in preventing him from making it alive to the title match venue? Watch the web series and learn the answers.
